Thanks to its central location in the Upper Black Forest, Lenzkirch is an ideal starting point for sunny hikes, bike rides, walks, excursions, and various sporting activities.
The nearby lakes (Titisee, Schluchsee, etc.) are perfect for swimming, boating, and strolling.
In winter, there are varied winter hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, approximately 30 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, small ski lifts, and numerous winter sports opportunities on the snow-covered Feldberg, located about 15 km away. In the Saig district of Lenzkirch, tobogganing enthusiasts will also find a 1.2-km-long, illuminated toboggan run with a shuttle bus that takes you back to the starting point.

The apartment has a parking space right in front of the building entrance and is located on the 1st floor.
The cosy 40 m² apartment is high-quality and features a modern new kitchen that was installed in 2020. It includes an oven, two hob burners, a refrigerator, a kettle, a De’Longhi Nespresso capsule machine, and plenty of dishes and kitchen accessories.
The bathroom features a toilet, sink, and a rain shower.
The cosy sleeping alcove has a comfortable double bed (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm).
The apartment’s living/dining area features a cosy round dining table with comfortable leather chairs, as well as two modern new sofas, one of which can be used as a sleeper sofa for two people (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm).
The spacious, covered, south-facing balcony is perfect for leisurely meals and relaxing, sunny hours.
The apartment includes its own lockable basement storage unit where bicycles, ski gear, sleighs, etc., can be stored. A vacuum cleaner is also available here.
In addition, the apartment is equipped with a high-quality TV (43″ Panasonic LED TV) and offers free Wi-Fi (50 Mbit/s bandwidth).
