This beautiful holiday home is located in the holiday village of Hagbügerl on the outskirts of Waldmünchen. The town centre, with its many shopping options and restaurants, is a 15-minute walk away.<br><br>Hagbügerl—a holiday resort where you’ll feel right at home!<br>For younger guests, the holiday complex features a lovely playground, a football field, and a barbecue area. A local inn entices guests with delicious meals (for a fee).<br><br>The Type A 2 holiday home, built of wood, is a 3-room duplex apartment building for up to 6 people (approx. 75 sqm). <br><br>Ground floor: Living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, colour TV, dining area for 6 people, and a kitchenette with an electric stove (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker). <br>Shower room/toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed, small hallway, storage room, access to the furnished terrace.<br><br> Upstairs (accessible via stairs from the living room): a bedroom with a cosy sloped ceiling and a double bed, a small loft, and an additional toilet.<br><br>Non-smoking house; we ask that you smoke only on the terrace.<br>Pets are allowed in this house.<br><br>Meals: Self-catering<br>Breakfast or half-board available at our resort restaurant.<br><br><br>Included in the rental price:<br>Our guests have free and unlimited daily access (except on rest days and maintenance days) to the swimming area of the Aqua-Fit water park in Waldmünchen!<br> Use of the sauna area is available for guests 16 years and older for an additional fee.<br><br><br>Recreational Activities:<br>There are numerous mountain bike tours and long-distance cycling trails for both ambitious athletes and leisurely riders. Explore the beauty of this area in hiking boots, with Nordic walking poles, or in running shoes.<br>You can try something new with e-bikes—perfect for leisure cyclists—or Segway tours.<br>The nearby “Erlebnisraum Perlsee” offers many interesting recreational activities. There you’ll find a beach with a lakeside restaurant and pedal boat rentals, a mini-golf course, a high ropes course, the “Räuberhöhle” playground, and much more.<br>Horseback riding lessons are available year-round at the Perlsee Riding School. Anglers can also pursue their passion at the lake.<br>The Waldmünchen holiday region also offers a varied children’s holiday programme, with something great for every child.<br>You can play golf to your heart’s content at the nearest golf courses (about 12 km or 16 km away), at the “Golfclub Furth im Wald” on the Voithenberg or at the “Golfclub Wutzschleife” in Hilstett.<br><br>In winter, you’ll find pure enjoyment in the beautiful natural surroundings. Sledding, curling, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing on up to 60 km of trails—most of which cross international borders.
