The Sugar Suite is a private 2‑bedroom, 2‑bath apartment (~1500 sq ft) in a restored 1911 brick building in historic downtown Fort Scott. It’s located upstairs above our boutique (Grit & Grace Mercantile) with a separate guest entrance and easy self check‑in. One flight of stairs (about 20 steps) is required. Private parking included.

Guests have private access to the entire Sugar Suite. The apartment is located upstairs above a boutique and has a separate exterior entrance. Enter through the front door labeled “323 1/2” and go up one flight of stairs (approximately 20 steps) to apartment #2. A digital keypad code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self check‑in.

You can place bagged trash in hallway and we will take it from there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The quiet time is from 11PM to 7AM.
