You’ll feel right at home the moment you walk into the living and dining area, where a 108-inch LCD TV and a stereo hi-fi system provide entertainment.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a 140x200 double bed and a chest of drawers, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The children’s room features a bunk bed (90x190), which comes with a safety rail, as well as another TV and an infrared heater.

To prepare delicious culinary delights, you’ll find a beautiful new kitchenette with an oven, a microwave, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. The dishwasher takes care of the cleanup afterwards...

The bathroom has been completely renovated and is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, and a modern towel warmer. A hair dryer is also provided.

Wind down the day on the balcony.
A child’s toilet seat and a toy box are available for the little ones.
A high chair, a travel cot (including mattress, blanket, and pillow), and a handcart are also available free of charge. Wi-Fi included.

During the peak booking season from June through September, consecutive-night stays are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the "Non-binding Inquiry" feature. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The holiday complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large car park at the rear of the holiday park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
