Die Unterkunft war rustikal und zentral gelegen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war prima. Vielleicht wäre es möglich, noch WLAN zu installieren, damit wäre es komplett. Ein empfehlenswertes Häuschen!

Das Häuschen ist so wie beschrieben- sehr gemütlich und eine sehr gelungene Verknüpfung zwischen alten Bestandteilen und Erneuerungen. Wir haben dort alles Notwendige vorgefunden und auch für unsere Hündin war alles sehr praktikabel. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt- alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, eine sehr nette Nachbarschaft und sehr nette Einwohner:innen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und vor Ort war ihre Mutter ansprechbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank!

Unser Winterurlaub in Südtirol war wirklich toll. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, die Einweisung war sehr herzlich. Lotte war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hatte sogar gute Tips für Restaurants. Die Einrichtung der Hütte ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. In einer typischen Südtiroler Hütte sollte man eben keinen Luxus erwarten. Es war so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und warm. Auch in der Umgebung hat man alles. Vom Bäcker, über einen Metzger, Supermärkte, Obst und Gemüse. Es ist alles vorhanden. Im Winter muss man nur wissen, dass die Restaurants nicht alle immer offen haben. Da sollte man sich schon vorab informieren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall in einem Sommer wieder!

Wohlfühlort

Wir wurden mit unserer Hündin sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden. Es ist eine urige kleine Hütte mit sehr bequemen Betten und einer herrlichen Terrasse!! Unsere Hündin wurde morgens und abends sehr herzlich von der Nachbarin versorgt! Alles in allem haben wir uns sowohl in der Hütte, als auch in dem schönen Ort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir kommen wieder!!

Südtirol von seiner schönsten Seite

Es war sehr schön und erholsam. Das Häuschen liegt idyllisch an einem Wasserlauf und doch sehr zentral im Ort.Es gibt einige Geschäfte im Ort und Gasthöfe und Hotels.Das Essen war sehr lecker und alle sehr freundlich.Unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen.Das Häuschen verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse und einem kleinen eingezäunten Grundstück.Sehr schön zum Sonnen und entspannen.

Schönes Häuschen

Wir haben eine Woche in Sarnthein verbracht. Das Häuschen liegt zentral im Ortskern und man kann die Geschäfte und Restaurants (wenn welche geöffnet haben) fußläufig erreichen. Das Häuschen und der kleine Garten haben uns gut gefallen. Das Bad ist neuwertig und modern eingerichtet. Die ersten zwei Nächte fanden wir den Bachlauf nebenan nervig……aber ab dem dritten Tag störte er auch nachts nicht mehr beim Schlafen. Die Nachbarn und überhaupt die meisten Anwohner waren super nett und freundlich. Falls es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne einmal wieder.

Ein schönes Häuschen mit kleinen Garten und netten Kontakten.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen mit kleinen Garten war perfekt für uns und unsere Hunde. Das Haus ist liebevoll/rustikal eingerichtet.Ein Supermarkt und allerlei Geschäfte gab es direkt um die Ecke. Landschaftlich war es ein Traum und wir konnten sehr schöne Wanderungen machen.

Eine Woche Erholung

Das Ferienhäuschen hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Er hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, denn das Grundstück hatte einen kleinen Garten. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns auch ein paar Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Ein liebenswertes Häuschen in einem hübschen Ort

Wir hatten acht wirklich schöne Tage in Lottes Häuschen. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber vollständig und sinnvoll eingerichtet, d.h. es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Besonders schön sind die große Terrasse und der Garten, in dem man herrlich entspannen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Lotte war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ideal gelegen und mit Hund perfekt

Es waren wundervolle Tage in Sarnthein. Wir inkl. des Hundes haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und konnten komplett abschalten und entspannen. Sehr nette Nachbarn im Nachbarhaus, allgemein im ganzen Ort sehr viele aufgeschlossene freundliche Menschen. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht, um glücklich zu sein. Schönes altes Haus

Das Haus ist urig und die Terrasse mit Blick auf eine alte kleine Kirche, die nur noch für Hochzeiten genutzt wird, ist ein Genuss. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht viele Ausflüge, mit abschließendem Essen in einen der fußläufig erreichbaren Gasthäusern.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Südtirol

Wir waren mit unserem Hund die zweite Maihälfte im Ferienhäuschen von Lotte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und im eingezäunten Garten. Die tollen Tipps die wir bei netten Gesprächen mit Lottes Mutter bekommen haben, haben us zwei tolle Wochen in Südtirol beschert. Herzlichkeit im Herzen Südtirols

Magisches, kleines uriges Häuschen in einem ganz entspannten Ort mit sehr offenen, freundlichen Menschen fernab des Großstadttrubels. Wer knarzendes Holz und einen rauschenden Bach direkt am Haus charmant findet, Luxus nicht braucht (das Bad ist neu!) und mit seiner Familie oder Freunden zusammenrücken will, ist hier genau richtig! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Bozen liegt 20 min. mit dem Auto entfernt, das nächste Skigebiet Reinswald 15 min., das Hochplateu Ritten (über die Seilbahnstation in Bozen erreichbar), bietet tolle Ausblicke, klare Luft und ein zauberhaftet Örtchen zum flanieren und wandern oberhalb der Großstadt. Wir danken der sehr netten Gastgeberin und ihrer Mutter für die sehr aufmerksame Umsorgung! Vielen herzlichen Dank!
