This newly renovated, 3-room, non-smoking apartment with a spacious balcony spans approximately 50 square metres over two levels. The front door opens directly into the living/dining area with a kitchenette (which opens onto the balcony), the bedroom, and the bright, welcoming shower room/toilet. A spiral staircase leads up to the attic, which features two single beds. The cosy living/dining area with tile flooring features a two-seater couch, a dining area, a coat rack, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a two-burner stove, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included in the standard amenities. The spacious double bedroom has a comfortable bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, also with two single mattresses), a closet, and two nightstands. The bright, inviting bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer. The attic contains two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. Payment is accepted in cash or by debit card on site. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Please understand that we do not allow pets. Included in the price: towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking. Our holiday rentals are strictly non-smoking! We therefore ask that you smoke only in the courtyard. Cyclists are welcome to store their bicycles safely with us at any time!
