Parking was easy to find and a short walk away! Ms Nancy was very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the home being dog friendly because my dogs love to bark. It was so clean it smelled super fresh when we walked in!

One of the reasons this place stood out for us was the private back yard. When we arrived, we were disappointed to see that the back yard was overgrown, trash on the floor, random stuff stored under the patio. It was nothing like the pictures. Prior to our arrival, we had planned on using the yard as a quiet rest area at night after long days in New York. That was not the case. The back yard was not at all welcoming, unfortunately. However, the apartment itself was very cozy and clean.

Fantastic property and a highly responsible host!We had a wonderful stay here. On our first day, the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn't working perfectly, but the host was incredibly approachable and took immediate responsibility. They provided a thoughtful temporary solution to keep us comfortable for the night and had the system completely repaired by the very next day. The rest of our stay was flawless. It’s rare to find a host so dedicated to their guests' comfort—highly recommend!

We left this property within 24 hours due to a strong marijuana smell that was noticeable from the moment we entered the building and throughout the apartment. The odour created significant discomfort and raised health and safety concerns. We contacted the owner through the Expedia app shortly after arrival and requested assistance, but received no response. As a result, we had to abandon our stay and book alternative accommodation. The listing was also misleading. The photos do not accurately reflect the property, the apartment floor noticeably slopes, and the advertised "private backyard" is located behind the building and is not directly accessible from the apartment. The lack of communication from the owner and the condition of the property made this a very disappointing experience. Travellers who are sensitive to strong odours should carefully consider this property before booking.
