The Space:
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Entry: 3rd floor. **Stairs are required** Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Spacious! Access to the ocean view balcony via sliding glass doors!
Bedroom 1: Balcony Access! Bathroom attached.
Bathroom 1: Stand up shower.
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.
Bathroom 2: Full bathtub and shower.
Balcony: Very spacious and private balcony with oceanviews.
Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.
Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Extra Essentials: Beach chairs.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: In-unit.
Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves (other than locked owner's closets) and are able to access the entire resort and amenities.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section.

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or fees be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.
No pets. Max guest count is 4.

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
