The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was nice but the real beauty is the beach area. The hosts were quick to respond and friendly. The unit was clean and well equipped. There is a coin operated laundry on site if needed. We will definitely return.

We had the most wonderful time in Marathon! It was so wonderful to wake up every morning and be steps from the sound of the waves. At night, it was a short walk to Sunset Park to catch the picture perfect sunsets. Michael was very easy to communicate with and provided so much helpful information on the island. We are already planning dates for next years trip!

We first fell in love with Key Colony Beach for its calm rhythm and welcoming feel—a place where life slows just enough to notice what matters. That feeling stayed with us, and it’s what inspired us to create Salt & Sun.

As a mother-daughter team, we care for this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with intention and attention to detail. We’re personally involved in preparing the space and communicating with guests, with the hope that each stay feels comfortable, simple, and well cared for.

To us, Salt & Sun is more than a place to stay. It’s a space to rest, reconnect, and enjoy the slower pace of the Florida Keys. Whether it’s a quiet morning, time spent by the water, or an evening unwinding together, we hope your stay brings a sense of ease and renewal.
