The holiday flat is located in the seaside town of Sarbinowo on the eastern coast of Poland. Just 50 metres from the sea.

Modern holiday flat in a newly built (2019) apartment building with shared swimming pool, fully fenced garden, traditional stone barbecue and children's playground.

Each flat has a large balcony overlooking the pool and playground. The fully fenced garden offers a range of additional activities, including four barbecue areas, two playgrounds and a 30 m² pool open in summer. There is a guest parking area next to the house.

There are a total of eight flats in the building: all ideally equipped to accommodate both large groups of friends and families with children. This flat for four people has a living area of 30 m². It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, crockery, pots and cutlery for four people) and a large bathroom with shower. There is a double sofa bed in the living room and the flats are equipped with bed linen and towels.

Numerous restaurants, cafés and shops can be found nearby (approximately 100 m). There is a bike rental nearby and a little further away you can go horse riding. If the weather is bad, you can also use the indoor swimming pools in Mielno and the water park in Koszalin.
