The place was in a perfect location within a 2 minute drive to Mendocino’s center. The property was safe, private and spacious. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location close to Mendocino and access to the main road. A little bit of road noise if you leave the window open but ear plugs work if you are a sensitive sleeper. Lots of space and nice to have the extra half bath in the room downstairs. Hosts were always responsive to questions we had.

The property had everything we needed. It was very family friendly for 6 adults and 2 children. Our two boys enjoyed the bunk beds in their own room. The upstairs studio was a nice separate space. The large kitchen, outdoor grill and dining area had everything to prepare and share all our meals. The outdoor area was large enough to have a badminton court and archery, that we brought, at the same time. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location in Mendocino. Clean and roomy, with just enough seclusion even though it’s right off Highway 1. Owners were very communicative and friendly. Well equipped kitchen and nice upstairs separated bedroom. We enjoyed the house! Would definitely return.
