Our farm is located near the forest, on the southern edge of town, with a magnificent view of the Chiemgau Alps. The nearby Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte nature reserve is perfect for hiking, swimming, and biking. Lake Chiemsee is about 10 km away. In 5 minutes by car, you can reach the famous Chiemgau Thermen Bad Endorf as well as the town centre and the train station in Bad Endorf. At the Waldwinkel Inn with its butcher shop (about 80 metres away), you can treat yourself to their specialities. The 18-hole golf course is a 3-km drive away. A washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are available.<br> The Ringelblume apartment (partially renovated in 2021) features a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living/sleeping area features a cosy couch—which can also be used as a sleeping area for a child up to 14 years old—along with a box spring mattress, a closet, blackout curtains, satellite TV, and a CD player. This single apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You can enjoy the evening sun on the separate west-facing balcony with views of the garden and the farm. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.
