Vacation apartment 2 minutes walk from the Main

Our holiday rental, furnished with great attention to detail, offers everything your heart desires. Located right on the Main River bike trail, it features two bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a table and chairs, and a stylish bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the children’s bedroom has a bunk bed whose single beds can be arranged side by side, one on top of the other, or separately.<br><br>We have two children ourselves and therefore warmly welcome families. You’re welcome to use our garden, which features a trampoline, sandpit, swing, toddler slide, playhouse, mud kitchen, and climbing frame. The apartment is equipped with toys, which we’re happy to supplement depending on your children’s ages—so you don’t need to pack much! Additionally, high chairs, a baby bathtub, a baby bouncer, a travel cot, a bed rail, and much more are available upon request. Since we travel a lot with our own children, we know how quickly the car can fill up ;)<br><br>Shopping options (chemist, supermarkets, bakery, drink store) are within a five-minute walk. You can also reach the beautiful historic district of Marktheidenfeld in just a few minutes on foot. <br><br>The base rate for two people is 70€ per night; we charge 15€ per night for each additional person. Plus a one-time final cleaning fee of 35€ (regardless of the length of stay).<br><br>Optionally, for €40 per night, you can book an additional large living/sleeping area (directly connected to the apartment) with a separate bathroom. This allows you to comfortably accommodate at least two additional guests. Feel free to enquire :)
