Vacation apartment (70 sqm) on the second floor with balcony

Our spacious 70-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has everything you could need—a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes. The large dining area is perfect for cosy get-togethers. The living room features a modern sofa set (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa) and a flat-screen TV. There is also a spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub and a separate guest bathroom. The large bedroom, featuring a raised double bed (at sitting height), a cot, and a pull-out couch, is accessible via a staircase. You can access the spacious balcony from both the kitchen-diner and the living room. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for a fee to do your laundry. In the summer, you can enjoy cosy evenings on your balcony or in the large garden, which features seating. We’re happy to provide a grill. Pets allowed upon request. Wi-Fi and the parking spaces right next to the house are available free of charge; garages are available upon request and for a fee.
