This brand new home on a hill has expansive views, offering a peaceful retreat, yet it is just moments from all that down town has to offer. This sweet home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, garage parking, an enclosed gated entry and is surrounded on all levels by balconies. Top floor has a 360 view.
Home Layout:
The lower level has a garage
The 2nd floor is the living room laundry, kitchen dining area and first bedroom along with full bathroom. The top floor is complete with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Primary suite has sweeping view from all windows and balcony. home is walking distance from Dodger stadium and many downtown attractions. There are unique stairs that lead through the neighborhood to coffee shops and other local eats.
The place comes furnished but can be unfurnished.
If you have a pet, please let us know the breed, weight and age. Though we prefer no pets, we will consider a well behaved one.
There is a completely separate adu on lower level. If desired you can rent house with ADU for 17,000
Renter is responsible for all utilities. landlord pays for gardener.
