When you open the apartment door, you’ll step directly into the charming living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, sleeper sofa, and the white open kitchen, which is equipped with a Nespresso machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
In the newly renovated, spacious, adjoining shower room with a toilet, a hair dryer, and a window, a washing machine is available for your use.
A wide spiral staircase leads you to the open-concept sleeping area with a round window, a new box-spring bed, a flat-screen TV, and a white built-in cabinet. An ironing board and iron are also stored here.
This thatched-roof property is so centrally located that the train station is only about 200 m away, and you can reach the city centre—including the popular Friedrichstraße—in just a few minutes on foot.

A parking space is located right next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.
