This 3-room holiday apartment (end unit) (approx. 76 sqm) is located in a small holiday home with six units in the southern part of Westerland. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living area with a large flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a comfortable sofa where you can fully enjoy your time off. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped, high-quality, open-concept kitchen (Nespresso machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and oven) with a dining area. Also on this level are the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and the utility room with a washing machine, dryer, coat rack, and shoe rack. From April through October, high-quality patio furniture and a Sylt beach chair are available for your use. One floor below, in the basement, there are two bedrooms with built-in beds of different sizes: one double bed measures 180 x 200 cm, and the other bed measures 140 x 200 cm. Both rooms feature a flat-screen TV, reading lamps, and high-quality, white built-in cabinets that provide ample storage space. Another highlight of this holiday rental is the private sauna with a large shower and toilet in the basement. Here, you can enjoy a sauna session any time of year to simply unwind. The Lette Suite is a non-smoking apartment, and you are welcome to bring your well-behaved, medium-sized dog with you upon prior registration. A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior registration (€10 per pet/day). Please note that we cannot accommodate cats. A parking space is available at the house.


Check-in and check-out days from May through October are limited to Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies during this period.
