Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sie eignet sich hauptsächlich für Menschen, die gerne mitten im Geschehen sind und auch die bis spät abends lärmende Fussgängermeile nicht scheuen. Obschon ein Einstellhallenplatz vorhanden ist, den man über die Fussgängerzone erreicht, eignet sich die Wohnung für ÖV-Reisende.
