Stay in this comfortable first-floor apartment. It is accessible by lift and features a private ski storage room and a kitchen that allows you to prepare your favourite dishes in peace. The living room is perfect for socialising. Ready to make new memories?
This holiday home is located in the centre of beautiful Brixen im Thale. Cosy restaurants and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity, as well as shops for daily shopping. The location is ideal, in winter the ski bus (stop right in front of the house) takes you in 2 minutes to the gondolas, which give you access to Austria's largest interconnected ski area - the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. So you can leave the car behind for the whole holiday! It is situated in a prime location for a relaxing holiday and also an excellent starting point for fun on the slopes in winter. In summer, the region offers beautiful cycling, hiking and mountain bike routes through the characteristic Austrian nature, in addition to sunbathing meadows, a swimming lake and several swimming pools

Vorab: die Betreuung und die Verwaltung war super freundlich. Wir durften bereits um 12 Uhr in die Wohnung. Leider ist die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sowie die Matratzen müssten man erneuert werden. Das Sofa ist leider auch ziemlich hart und nicht gemütlich.   Aber was wirklich sehr positiv war, die Wohnung war sehr sauber!  Wir waren nur zum frühstücken, duschen und schlafen dort.

Sehr gut gelegene kleine Wohnung. Der Skibus hält 50 Meter entfernt, ein Billa zum einkaufen ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Die Kochstelle ist leider sehr klein ausgefallen, zwei mittlere Töpfe passen nicht nebeneinander, so dass man in Etappen kochen muss. Für vier Personen sehr zeitaufwendig. Auch ist nicht genügend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden, so dass man zu jeder Mahlzeit das Geschirr spülen muss. Einen Toaster gibt es auch nicht, ebenso nur eine Mikrowelle aber ohne Backfunktion. Für den Preis darf man eine bessere Ausstattung erwarten! In der kleinen Tiolette gibt es keine Waschgelegenheit, man muss immer in das Badezimmer gehen zum Händewaschen. Der Fernseher im "Elternschlafzimmer" funktionierte auch nur teilweise, da scheinbar das Sattelittenkabel defekt ist.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden,hätten uns jedoch einen Herd/Ofen und etwas umfangreichere Ausrüstung in der Küche gewünscht. Das nächste mal buchen wir eine komplette rauchfreie Unterkunft.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Ausstattung der Küche wird in der Beschreibung auf der Website erwähnt und auch auf den Fotos gezeigt. Was die rauchfreie Unterkunft betrifft, ist jede Unterkunft rauchfrei, doch angeblich haben die vorigen Gäste dies nicht berücksichtigt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Für 4 Personen okay, aber bei schlechtem Wetter wird es schwierig es sich auf der Couch gemütlich zu machen - sehr klein und unbequem. Aber insgesamt ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Ein Waschbecken bei der Toilette wäre noch toll.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung In der Nähe von Geschäften und Lift, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage hat einen Aufzug im Flur und die Wohnung Sigi bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Alles ist wie beschrieben vorhanden. Das Kochen ist gut, nur hat es keine Haube, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit. Ansonsten kann ich es anderen Familien nur empfehlen.
