On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, a storage room, two closets, and a balcony. In the attic, you’ll find another separate bedroom with four bunk beds.<br>This exclusive holiday rental offers a high level of comfort in many ways—including free Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, and child-friendly amenities. Modern furnishings, light colours, and large windows give it a warm and inviting atmosphere. <br><br>Your very own beach chair is already waiting for you on the magnificent balcony! Reading a good book here in comfort or basking in the sun is pure relaxation. And the view will also let you experience unforgettable holiday moments: From the balcony, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the North Sea all the way to the East Frisian coast.<br><br>At “Quartier 7° Ost,” the living space becomes an oasis of well-being! A large sofa arrangement, underfloor heating, a gas fireplace, and wool blankets ensure plenty of cosiness. You’ll also have access to a modern TV (with internet connectivity) and an internet radio.<br><br>Adjacent to the living area is an open-concept kitchen with a cooking island. Its convenient amenities (including an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, and electric kettle) make it easy for you to prepare your own meals. A large dining table provides space for shared meals with the whole family.<br><br>The separate master bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed and a walk-in closet. The separate bedroom in the attic features four bunk beds—which you can easily convert into double beds—as well as a freestanding wardrobe. <br>From the panoramic window in the attic, you have a direct view of Juist’s magnificent dune landscape and the harbour.<br><br>Two bathrooms ensure you have comfortable options to choose from. The large bathroom features a shower and bathtub; underfloor heating and a towel warmer provide additional comfort. The guest bathroom also has a shower. <br><br>For our younger guests, the “Quartier 7° Ost” holiday rental on Juist is equipped with a cot, high chair, children’s stool, step stool, and children’s cutlery. Books and games for all age groups, as well as a handcart, are also available.<br><br>You’re welcome to use the washer-dryer for your laundry (for a small fee).<br><br>Please understand that pets are not allowed in the holiday rental.
