Das Apartment war für 5 Tage eine hervorragende Unterkunft für unsere kleine Familie mit Baby. Wir reisen schon seit vielen Jahren nach W'ooge und haben uns gefreut, nun mal am "Ortseingang" zu wohnen - es ist ja quasi eines der ersten Häuser, sobald man den Kernteil der Insel erreicht.
Die Ausstattung des Apartments macht Spaß. Es gibt gleich mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, Spülmaschine und alles, was man sonst so braucht - es fehlt nichts!
Von dort aus ist man schnell überall und auch zum Bahnhof ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Heizung in Bad und Wohnraum sofort warm.
Leider war es nicht sauber und die Matraze durchgelegen.
Es war sehr ruhig, man kann wunderbar entspannen und den Wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Wattenmeer genießen.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass der Reinigungszustand der Wohnung scheinbar nicht in Ordnung war, das sollte natürlich nicht passieren. Gerne hätten Sie sich bei uns melden können, dann hätten wir noch mal jemanden zum nachreinigen geschickt. Wir werden dies aber auf jeden Fall noch einmal mit unserem Reinigungsteam besprechen.
Die Matratzen wurden nach Rücksprache mit den Eigentümern erst vor Kurzem ausgetauscht. Die Matratzen haben den Härtegrad H2 und 3. Dies nur rückwirkend für Sie als Information.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotzdem erholsame Tage hatten und würden uns freuen, Sie wieder als Gast bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
