The holiday rental features a separate bedroom, a spacious living area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace, making it ideal for a holiday for up to four people. Bright rooms, tasteful decor in subtle colours and a Nordic style, along with modern amenities, ensure your comfort. Would you like to travel with a larger group? This apartment can be combined with the adjacent apartment on the lower ground floor (3460001 “Wohnung Segel” with sauna) via a private hallway. Feel free to contact us!

You can relax wonderfully in the living room on the cosy sofa set with a Smart TV. Here, you can also access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+ accounts. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

A comprehensive lighting design creates a very cosy atmosphere throughout the entire accommodation (reading and mood lights by the bed, illuminated vanity mirror, etc.).

The 13 m² terrace with lounge chairs and a parasol invites you to relax to your heart’s content. Here, with a view of the greenery, you can unwind, enjoy the sun, or watch the sunset while sipping a glass of fine wine.

For convenient self-catering, the holiday rental on Juist features a well-equipped built-in kitchen—including a stove, oven, and dishwasher. In addition to a filter coffee maker, a NESPRESSO machine is also available. You can enjoy meals together at the inviting dining area.

A sophisticated style also awaits you in the separate bedroom of the “Seestern” holiday rental! It is equipped with a double bed featuring high-quality mattresses (180 x 200 cm; exclusive SCHRAMM bed system plus topper), a wardrobe, and a Smart TV with Wi-Fi connectivity. The room offers good blackout options. Two additional sleeping spots are available on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The modern bathroom, featuring stylish fixtures, a shower, and its own sauna, offers further comfort. Ideal for relaxing after a walk on the beach!

General Information: The holiday rental has both an entrance via the building’s hallway and a separate entrance via the garden/patio area. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s shared basement. An iron and ironing board are also available for shared use. Bicycle storage is available.

The “Töwerhus” is situated in a prime, central location right on the edge of the “Damenpfad” beach access. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach both the fine sandy beach and the shops, retail areas, and attractions in the town centre.

Enjoy sunny days at the beach, leisurely strolls through Juist’s charming town centre, extended bike rides through the magnificent natural landscapes, or idyllic horse-drawn carriage rides.
