In our comfortable “Sonne” holiday rental—featuring high-quality furnishings, modern amenities, and a sunny terrace—you can look forward to a restful and relaxing holiday.

This very modern holiday rental on Juist features a separate bedroom, a spacious living area with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace. Bright rooms, tasteful decor in subtle colours and a Nordic style, along with high-quality amenities, ensure a comfortable stay. A comprehensive lighting design creates a very cosy atmosphere throughout the entire apartment (reading and mood lights by the bed, illuminated makeup mirror, etc.).

You can relax wonderfully in the living room on the cosy sofa set with a Smart TV! Here, you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney+ accounts. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

The 12 m² terrace, complete with lounge chairs, a parasol, and a beach chair, is also the perfect spot to unwind! Here, you can read an exciting book in peace, soak up the sun, or wind down the day with a glass of fine wine. These are unforgettable holiday experiences at Töwerland.

For convenient self-catering, the “Sonne” holiday rental features a well-equipped kitchen—including a stove, oven, and dishwasher. In addition to a filter coffee maker, a NESPRESSO machine is provided. A small dining area has been set up for shared meals.

The separate bedroom in the holiday apartment on Juist is equipped with a double bed featuring high-quality mattresses (210 x 180 cm; exclusive SCHRAMM bed system plus topper), a wardrobe, and an additional Smart TV with Wi-Fi connectivity. The room offers good blackout options. Two additional sleeping spots are available in the living room on a comfortable sleeper sofa.

The modern bathroom, with its stylish fixtures and a large, floor-to-ceiling shower, also offers comfort.

This holiday rental on Juist is completely barrier-free—except for the private entrance. However, the main entrance is barrier-free. The “Töwerhus” also has an lift. (Currently out of order, but being repaired (as of April 2026); we appreciate your understanding.)

Please note that pets are not allowed and that this is a non-smoking apartment.

General Information: The holiday rental has both an entrance via the hallway and a separate entrance via the garden/patio area. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s shared basement. An iron and ironing board are also available for shared use. Bicycle storage is available.

The new “Töwerhus” complex comprises 12 modern holiday apartments of various sizes, where a wonderful holiday on Töwerland awaits you. With high-quality amenities, a sunny terrace or balcony, and a private sauna (in some units), you’re guaranteed a 100% feel-good experience here!

The “Töwerhus” is situated in a prime central location right on the edge of the “Damenpfad” beach access. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach both the fine sandy beach and the shops, retail areas, and attractions in the town centre.

Enjoy sunny days at the beach, leisurely strolls through Juist’s charming town centre, extended bike rides through the magnificent natural landscapes, or idyllic horse-drawn carriage rides.

The island of Juist is often affectionately called “Töwerland”—meaning “magical land.” Fresh North Sea air and soothing tranquility enchant countless holidaymakers every year who spend their holidays here. Leave your everyday stress at home and let your mind wander on Juist!
