Die Lage ist sehr gut (ca. 1000 m zum Südstrand) und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet - eher für Leute geeignet, die mit Treppen laufen keine Probleme haben. Das "Kinderzimmer" ist sehr klein und bietet wenig Schrank... nichts zum Aufhängen ....

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt aufgeteilt. Es gibt einen vom Wohnzimmer räumlich abgetrennten Essbereich mit Fensterblick auf die Greune Stee, der den Anschein eines separaten Zimmers erweckt, obwohl er mit dem Küchen- und Wohnbereich eine räumliche Einheit bildet. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer im DG ist über eine schmale, sehr hübsche Wendeltreppe erreichbar, die einen hübschen Farbtupfer in der Wohnung setzt. Für uns beide war die Wohnung toll. Sie liegt nahe am Südstrand und an der weitläufigen Greune Stee, man hat es nicht weit zum Meer und ins Ortszentrum sind des knapp zwei km, die wir gern zu Fuß am Strand entlang bis zur Promenade laufen. Zwei große Einkaufsmärkte sind in der Nähe, wir konnten uns jeden Morgen frische Brötchen kaufen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, einschl. Waschmaschine, TV, W-Lan und Küchengeräten. Zur Kleinbahnhaltestelle Jakob-van-Dyken-Weg ist es nicht weit und auch eine Bushaltestelle an der Deichstraße ist gut erreichbar. Also alles in allem perfekt. Toll war auch, dass die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft an einem Samstagabend schon beheizt war. Über diesen Service haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Luft nach oben

Haus total renovierungsbedürftig! Wohnung auf den ersten Blick, was haben wir denn da gebucht. Alle Flächen in der Wohnung zugepackt mit Dosen, Schachteln, allen alten Kram. Nach einigen Änderungen kam langem ein Wohngefühl auf. Das Wohnzimmer klasse. Licht durchflutet. Morgens beim Frühstück klasse Sonnenaufgang. Einladend für ein tolles Frühstück. Leider nicht struktiert. Essservice nicht einheitlich. Hier mal 2 Tassen Untertassen, alles durcheinander gewürfelt. So auch mit dem Besteck. Etwas weniger und konzentrieter ist etwas mehr. Haben uns trotzdem erholt und wohnlich genossen. Achtung!!!!! E-Herd geht bis 16. nicht wie gewohnt bis 9. Also nicht defekt. Sollte man anführen. Erspart viel Ärger. Also, es ist noch Luft nach oben. Übrigens: wie es jetzt ist, ist der Preis eindeutig zu hoch. Würden gerne wiederkommen.

Positiv überrascht

Für diese Größe erstaunlich komplett ausgestattet. Z.B. auch die wichtigsten Gewürze, Filtertüten, Taps für den Geschirrspüler usw., die man sonst unnötigerweise vor Ort kaufen oder von zu Hause mitbringen muß. Was wir aufbrauchen, ersetzen wir dann selbstverständlich. Toller Balkon mit Super - Auusicht ins Grüne.
