The apartment’s tasteful decor—a combination of modern and antique furniture—gives it a special charm and a warm, cosy atmosphere. A spacious living area with a sofa nook, open kitchen, and dining area, as well as two separate bedrooms, offer plenty of space to feel right at home.

The highlight of this Wangerooge holiday rental is the large terrace! Here, you can enjoy sitting together at the dining table, sharing meals, or winding down the day with a good glass of wine. There’s also a comfortable beach chair for relaxing—ideal for soaking up the warm sunshine and breathing in the fresh North Sea air! Part of the terrace can be covered with an awning, making it very pleasant even on hot days.

For cosy evenings in the holiday rental, the living room is furnished with a sofa nook and two recliners, as well as a TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. You’re also welcome to browse our bookshelf for an exciting or romantic holiday read.

For convenient self-catering during your holiday, the kitchen features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, also provided. A lovely dining table invites you to enjoy a delicious holiday breakfast first thing in the morning. It immediately gets you in the mood to plan an eventful day on Wangerooge!

The holiday rental offers sleeping accommodation in two separate bedrooms. One of the rooms is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m) and a spacious wardrobe. The other features a double bed (1.70 m) and a wall unit.

Additional comforts include underfloor heating throughout the entire holiday rental, as well as free Wi-Fi and a washing machine and dryer.

All rooms have tile floors, making the apartment very easy to maintain.

“Villa Sommerwind” on Wangerooge features modern architecture and, with its stylish ambiance, is very inviting. The house is located very close to the Wadden Sea, not far from the train station. From your holiday apartment, a view of nostalgic romance awaits you: you’ll have a magnificent view of Wangerooge’s natural landscape and the traditional island train.

After about a 7-minute walk, you’ll reach the island’s town centre. Small boutiques, cosy cafés, and highly recommended restaurants invite you to stroll and linger. The island’s cinema, the “Oase” recreational pool, and the National Park Centre are also nearby.
The main beach is also just a few minutes’ walk away (about an 11-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride). A white sandy beach and comfortable beach chairs set the mood for relaxing summer days by the North Sea! In addition, the beach offers a wide range of sports activities—including sailing, surfing, kiteboarding, and beach volleyball.
