With a spacious living area, a separate bedroom, and two terraces, it’s a comfortable retreat for up to four people. <br><br>Holiday time is relaxation time! The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, a modern TV, a DVD player, and a CD player, among other amenities. You’re also welcome to browse through the DVDs, games, and books provided.<br><br>The modern, open-concept kitchen with an adjoining dining area makes self-catering a breeze! The breakfast table is set in no time, and the coffee is brewed. The rolls are toasting in the oven, and while you’re packing your beach bag right after breakfast, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes for you!<br><br>Two terraces (facing S/W and N/E) offer the perfect setting for cosying up outdoors together or simply relaxing in a garden chair. <br><br>The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a spacious closet. We look forward to welcoming you!<br><br><br>General Information:<br>A cot and a high chair are part of the standard furnishings. The holiday rental is equipped with low-maintenance flooring. Laminate flooring in the bedroom, tile flooring in the living room. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi—of course, at no charge! The building has an lift. You’re welcome to bring your dog(s) along. A private parking space in the underground garage is available for your car. The initial security deposit of €150 will, of course, be refunded to you immediately after the final cleaning, provided the cleaning service finds no issues.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> Enjoy the sun, the sea, and wonderful relaxation! <br><br>The modern “Appartementhaus Waldstraße” is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe on Rügen—an idyllic place with a fine sandy beach, a charming spa park, and a lively beachfront street featuring restaurants, cafés, small shops, and many other attractions. <br><br>The building is about a 3-minute walk from the beach and the bustling beach promenade. So right after breakfast, it’s time to pack your swimwear and head out! In addition to swimming in the Baltic Sea, the beach offers a wide range of activities such as beach volleyball, sailing, surfing, or kitesurfing. Or you can simply enjoy the breeze, take a walk along the beach, or relax in the sun.<br><br>The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe offers wonderful opportunities for hiking or biking. An organised running group also meets regularly. Or how about an entertaining event during your holiday on Rügen? From May through September, events take place on, around, and at the spa stage (see spa programme).<br><br>There’s a great playground nearby for kids. <br><br>A trip to the equally charming Baltic Sea resorts of Göhren and Sellin is definitely worthwhile and can be done in just a few minutes by car—or alternatively on foot, parallel to or right along the beach. The popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz is about a 20-minute drive away. There are also good options for public transport.<br><br>Further south of Baabe lie the impressive, idyllic natural sandy beaches of the diverse island of Rügen. In the north of the island, you can admire the impressive chalk cliffs, which are bordered on the landward side by the Jasmund National Park and were immortalised in the paintings of Caspar David Friedrich.
