Thank you so much for your stay and for your kind words about the view and hosting — we truly appreciate it! We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront setting and sunsets from the lanai — it’s one of our favorite parts of the condo as well. We also appreciate your feedback. The building is a classic Maui property, and while it doesn’t have elevators or AC, we always aim to be as transparent as possible about those details so guests know what to expect. That said, we take your comments seriously and are continually working on thoughtful updates to enhance the guest experience. We sincerely apologize regarding the dish drainer — that’s absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we’ve addressed this with our cleaning team right away. Thank you again for your feedback — it truly helps us improve. We would love to welcome you back anytime. Mahalo, Kihei Beach Stay

Our host Tracey was great, super-easy to work with and simplified our check-in and check-out process. The view from the condo's lanai is incredible. Sipping coffee while whale watching was so cool. The condo is stocked with all the basics you need from a coffee pot and full kitchen to beach chairs. The condo is overall clean and comfortable but could use a few updates like the sliding screen door which comes off the tracks too easily. Although the condo lacks air conditioning, it has screened windows and plenty of fans to cool it down at night. I also appreciated the keypad entry security with auto-locking system. Would love to come back!
