Pros: Piscina e comunicação com o proprietário. Casa situado num sitio muito calmo. Recomendo para quem precise descansar e o melhor sítio. O proprietário sempre disponível para qualquer situação. Cons: Dos 5 quartos so 2 chuveiros estavam bons.

Pros: Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with our vacation rental. Three couples shared this home and we were all very comfortable. It was clean, had great wi-fi, a nice pool and the caretaker was very helpful. The owner was very prompt at responding to our inquires due to our inability to speak Spanish. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to get away to a more rural accommodation. Having said that it is very easy to drive to Seville, Granada and the south coast to see lots of the sights.

Pros: We booked this villa due to its remote location and it was perfect, Delores the property manager was very helpful, we needed to communicate in Spanish and via translate however this was not a problem, we were a group of 9 with children of ages 7,8,10,14,16,19 & 20 all of whom had a great holiday, Seville was only a 40 min drive with easy parking and the coast and beaches were only an hour and 30 mins. The lovely Spanish town of Marchena is just 10 mins drive away with everything you need for your stay. I would highly recommend this villa great value

Pros: We were a group of 10 people, 8 adults and 2 teenage boys consisting of my parents, sister, teenage nephew, five sons and myself. When we arrived at the villa my initial reaction was uncertainty I had expected it to be different. However, when we opened the front door we were pleasantly surprised at the inside. The living area was very spacious which the pictures on the website don't convey. It had a homely feel to it and was very comfortable. Throughout our holiday we sat, ate and watched TV without feeling cramped even though there were 10 of us in the room. The bedrooms too were well laid out with plenty of space for clothes and an ensuite off each room. The mattresses on the beds were of a good quality and the rooms were clean and tidy. There were ample sun loungers and plenty of patio furniture for us to dine outside if we wished. The pool was the same depth throughout and was a good size. The boys swam and splashed in it for the whole holiday and never seem to tire of it. The drive from the villa to Marchena was actually very easy. It literally took less than 10 mins. Marchena itself was a lovely town. As we cooked most evenings we did all our grocery shopping in Marchena. There are a number of supermarkets in the town including Aldi although we found Supermercado one of the best. The range of meats, fish, vegetables and drinks on offer was excellent and the quality was hard to beat. We found the people very friendly and helpful. There were also some lovely boutiques and lots of different restaurants to choose from. We did eat out one night which was ridiculously cheap but very tasty. We did a trip to Seville which was only 50 mins drive away from the villa. We drove up that afternoon and came back that night. Seville is a beautiful city and not to be missed when it's that close by. We have rented villas in the past when the boys were much younger however, we all agreed that this villa was the best we had stayed in. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we've been on. We were all very sorry to leave.
