Das Quartier hat einen gute Lage zentral auf der Insel. Die Ortsmitte von Nebel ist gut erreichbar.

Wir haben uns in dem Quartier wohl gefühlt. Die Dusche ist neu. Das restliche Inventor in Ordnung aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert.

Schöne Lage

Es gab leider einiges zu bemängeln. Die Mat ratzen waren durchgelegen, es wird als Allergikerfreundlich ausgewiesen, es sind aber nur Federkissen dort.Die Heizung wird um 22.00 füalle Wohnungen ausgeschaltet, das ist zu kalt dann.
