Vacation apartment with private patio and view of the stream

In the heart of the Siegerland region, 7.5 km from the A45 (Wilnsdorf exit) between Dortmund and Frankfurt (Cologne is about 83 km away), you’ll find our new, lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday rental for up to two people. The holiday rental is in a quiet location, about 200 m from the bus turnaround and the Italian restaurant Pico Bello. Whether you’re travelling for business or simply want to enjoy a little comfort while on holiday, you’ve come to the right place. A fully furnished holiday apartment with a bedroom (bed 140x200), a wardrobe with a mini-safe, a valet stand, and a TV. Living-kitchen area with a spacious built-in kitchen (top-mounted oven, microwave, large refrigerator, large freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop). Also included: an egg cooker, espresso maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Dining table for 2 people. Living area with a sofa bed (sleeping surface 140x200), ottoman, modern wall unit with TV (including Amazon TV and Alexa), and Wi-Fi. Spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub that doubles as a shower with a shower curtain, bidet, toilet, and a spacious vanity with built-in cabinets. Private outdoor seating area with a view of the stream; upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a charcoal grill. The rental fee is to be paid in cash on-site. Upon arrival, we collect a 100 EUR security deposit and ask you to provide your bank account information on-site so that we can refund the deposit (within 3 days) after cleaning the apartment, provided no damage has occurred. Payment of the rental fee is due no later than upon arrival in cash or, by arrangement for early bookings, via bank transfer or PayPal. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM or by arrangement. Upon arrival, we collect a cash security deposit of 100 EUR, which will be refunded to you via bank transfer upon departure, provided the keys are returned in good order. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of 20 EUR per pet. Please indicate when booking whether you will need the sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping so that we can prepare it for you. Upon request and subject to prior arrangement, we can stock your refrigerator with items for dinner or breakfast for an additional fee; we can also provide various drinks to be placed in your refrigerator.
