You are also within walking distance of a handful of great convenience stores in case you forgot to buy groceries.



You will be impressed by the home's back patio with a gorgeous hot tub - this is the perfect spot for relaxing! Inside, this spacious, air-conditioned home is all about comfort and entertainment. On the subject of entertainment, wind down in the large theater room downstairs, complete with a 120' 4K screen and projector to watch your favorite movies. The group chef will adore the grand eat-in kitchen with counter bar seating and new stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Right next to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a gorgeous dining table that is perfect for family meals and board game action. Head down a short flight of stairs to find a game room-like living area with a beautiful fireplace, a foosball table, a shuffleboard, and a huge smart TV with streaming options. Great location. Appreciated the pet friendly home. Home is as advertised. Areas of improvement would be the outside definitely the outside needs cleaned up and weeded. The driveway is cracked and weeds surround it. The inside is great and the location is great.As for the bed situation, personally would think that they could upgrade the comfort of the primary bedroom mattress. They offer a lot of pillow choices however none are real comfortable. A lot of poly fill pillows. Also, a fan is needed for the bunk room as it gets very warm in there at night. Overall, would give four out of five stars and recommend to anyone looking for a place with a great location, safe neighborhood and close to everything.

Great mountain escape for the family

Loved the renovated interior of the home, with lots of room for the family and a couple guests. Large garage was an added plus to keep the Suburban free of morning frost. Landscaping could use some work, but would never know in the winter months when covered with snow.

Fun stay close to Park City

We enjoyed our stay, the communication was clear and super easy check in experience. The space was great everyone had their own space but could convene in the common areas where we enjoyed sitting at the big dining table for meals and playing foosball and shuffle board (we did notice the foosball table is set up a bit incorrectly when someone assembled it so it was quite a fun challenge to try and play a bit backwards). The house was dog friendly with a great backyard all fenced in. Would recommend to friends or to family for a group trip.

Lovely Park City Stay

Loved this house! Everything was great. One thing the owners really need to do is invest in new windows and window screens. Couldn’t get some of the windows open for fresh air. They are very old. When we could open a window, there wasn’t a screen or the screen was bent or ripped. Other than that, the house was clean and decorated nicely and very enjoyable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood.
