The larger city of Bend is also a fun place to explore, just 25 miles south. Come winter, you'll find excellent skiing and snowboarding at Hoodoo Ski Area 22 miles west of town. There are also plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, and horseback riding in the area.

Despite the great location and spacious layout, we walked into a house that clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The floors were dirty, with crumbs and sticky kitchen countertop. The property was improperly stocked, with only two kitchen towels, a quarter-used roll of paper towels, and no hand towels in the shared bathroom.The couch was covered in dog hair, and the living room and outdoor furniture was old, stained, and looked like it came straight from a college apartment. I did not feel comfortable allowing myself or my children to relax on the furniture, and we wore shoes the entire time because of the stained carpets.There was no communication that someone would be on the property maintaining the hot tub. The window latch in the bedroom was broken and could not be closed.After contacting property management, I received generic text messages. I had to call multiple times and was told that our concerns could not be addressed because it was outside of business hours, despite the 4:00 PM check-in time. I was also told that an agent would call to follow up, but that only happened after I called four separate times.Overall, this is a poorly managed property that is in serious need of cleaning and maintenance.

The house was just as described, close to town and in a quiet area! The house was clean and perfect for a quick weekend get away with family! We also loved how easy of a drive it was to Hoodoo Mtn.

Awesome place to stay, fenced yard is a plus if you have a pet!

Great stay!!! Big and spacious rooms, back yard was awesome for the kids and dog to play in. Very clean home and well stocked. Will definitely be looking to stay here again!
