The Space:

Aptly named, Artsea Phartsea is an eclectic beach resort home nestled among beautiful live oaks and palmettos that Edisto is so famous for. This cozy cottage is perfect for a couple’s retreat, golfing getaway, or a small family looking for a coastal retreat. Features like a unique floor plan that boasts a comfortable combination living and dining area, a well-equipped galley style kitchen, large sun deck, and gorgeous décor make this home stand out from the crowd. Take advantage of dining al fresco or simply cooling off after a hot day in the sun on the spacious and comfortably furnished screened-in porch. Cable TV and internet access will keep your group entertained should a brief shower interrupt your day on the course or the beach. The second-floor loft is surrounded by custom sea life art crafted in stained glass and serves as the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite book or an afternoon nap. The charm of this peaceful bungalow will have you coming back season after season to reset and recharge in a way that can only be done on Edisto Beach. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, tennis courts, and fitness center for an additional fee.

This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.

Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

We had a great stay at our Vacasa rental and truly enjoyed escaping the cold northern winter for a warmer Christmas break in the South. Key pickup and drop-off at the local office was easy and convenient. The home was cute and comfortable, with all the basic necessities. Just be prepared to bring your own cooking oils, seasonings, and items like foil or plastic wrap. The screened outdoor porch was a highlight and a great place to relax. The location was excellent—an easy walk or short bike ride to the beach, pickleball courts, recreation area, and other amenities. Overall, a lovely stay and a great spot for a low-key getaway.

We enjoyed it! The generous screened porch and deck area are architecturally delightful; feels like an extra adjoining living room. We and our pups enjoyed the short walk to Jenkins Street and straight shot to beach access. The provided linens & towels and ease of checkout procedure contributed to our being able to take it easy –rather than scrambling to depart– at the end of our short stay for a weekend event. We love the house and appreciate it's a pet-friendly property that we can bring our dog.We got everything we needed from the property. We also love that it's an individual house but it's located inside the Wyndham resort with beautiful ground and easy access to the beach. The resort and the town of Edisto Beach is bike-friendly. We had a wonderful stay.
