The villa was very nice. We loved the screened in porch and spent alot of time there (when we weren’t at the beach). Lots of bird watching while drinking our coffee in the morning. The villa was clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, not far to the gate or the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved this property in Sea Pines. Our family of 5 enjoyed the pool (2 min walk) and beach every day (7 min walk). We rented bikes and rode to Harbour town (3 miles), the sea pines beach club (1 mile), Lawton stables (1.5 miles), and coligny plaza (1.5 miles via beach). This house is bigger than it appears in the photos. The owner has truly thought of everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked for preparing meals. There is a keurig and regular drip coffee maker. We would love to come back!!

A lovely place to stay

We’ve stayed at #18 many times. It is always clean, has comfy beds, a kitchen with most of the tools you will need to make meals and a 6 minute easy walk to an amazing beach. We will be back next year!

Comfortable and Restful

We spent most of the time at the beach, which was close to where we stayed. Then we visited several restaurants that were close by in Sea Pines. At the end of the evening, we enjoyed a comfortable sleep at our rental. Everything was really clean.

Located just inside Sea Pines, you can walk to bike to Plaza. Good sized place for a couple and a few kids, may be a little tight with 4 adults sharing the space.
