Unfortunately there was a strong urine odor coming from the main sitting area couch which made it almost impossible to sit on as ended up sitting on or squeezing onto the loveseat to try and escape it . No amount of fabric deodorize helped so it impacted our stay in a negative way

She requested a refund almost immediately after entering the house. Since it was a last-minute booking, the nightly rate was higher due to market demand. We clearly explained that we were unable to provide a refund. After that, she began raising a variety of complaints, which appeared to be an attempt to justify receiving a refund. With due respect guest like her should be avoided.
