Moral of this story is closely read the property description and be skeptical of properties which only have a few reviews.Code they emailed for the front door didn’t work, so we had to get help to get into the property. It’s a beach house, so it’s super hard to eradicate the sand entirely, but floor under the coffee table was super sandy when we moved it to pull out the sofa bed. Ants in the bathroom. Sofa bed mattress is extraordinarily thin, so I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs a second bed. No sheets on property to make the pull out, and the first set brought by property managers were the wrong size. Got in right on the second call. Not a piece of cookware that was small enough for the oven such that the oven door would close. On the upside, deck has an incredible view. Beach chairs available. Great walkable location. Parking looked like it would be a hassle but we had no trouble finding spots on the street. No AC but the house cools down fast with windows open on days in the low 80s. Open windows super soothing ocean sounds put me to sleep quickly. Recommended only for a single or couple who doesn’t want to cook much.
