The "Koje" holiday rental is located in the Kapitänshaus and can accommodate up to 4 people. It spans two levels (ground floor & upper floor) and has a total living area of approximately 73 m², as well as a very spacious terrace on the ground floor and a rooftop terrace on the upper floor. The light-filled living and dining area features a cosy sofa and a high-quality dining set that comfortably seats guests. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and perfect for cooking. One bedroom features a box-spring bed and offers ample storage space for your clothes. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor directly beneath the thatched roof, which is accessible via an open staircase. Here, two guests can sleep in two single beds. The very spacious and furnished rooftop terrace is accessible through the second bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower enclosure featuring a rain showerhead. The living area opens onto the furnished terrace, which offers a view of the surrounding greenery. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.

Our “Kapitänshaus,” a thatched-roof holiday home typical of the Darß region, was completely renovated in 2018 and is divided into five holiday apartments. The units accommodate 2 or 4 people and all feature a balcony or terrace. The modern and stylish furnishings, along with underfloor heating, leave nothing to be desired and ensure a comfortable stay. Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
