The holiday rental is designed to accommodate four people and is located right in the centre of the lakeside resort town of Zingst. The holiday rental has three rooms, including two bedrooms, all of which are on the upper floor. The “Wittsande 9” apartment has a living area of approximately 89 m². The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area with a high-quality kitchen and a balcony. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 cm with full-length mattresses). There are also two spacious bathrooms (one with a glass shower and one with a bathtub), each equipped with a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. One parking space in the underground garage is available for the “Wittsande 9” apartment.


Complex:

The modern “Wittsande” complex, built in 2020, is located in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst and features 15 apartments. The apartments accommodate 2–4 people and feature a balcony or terrace. The stylishly furnished apartments consist of a living and dining area, one or two bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms. Four apartments feature their own sauna. One free parking space is available for each apartment.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist wunderschön auch im Herbst. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Bis zur Ostsee nur ein paar Minuten. Wir sind gut erholt gestern 10.11.2024 wieder nach Hause gefahren. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der modern- und komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnung. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Bad, was fantastisch ist. Der Balkon hat eine sehr gute Größe um darauf zu verweilen und den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist alles super gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Betten sind sehr gut, wir haben alle fantastisch geschlafen. Die Scheibengardienen wurden nachgerüstet, somit ist die Wohnung auch abends blickdicht. Der Balkon hat eine schöne Sicht und man ist nicht eingebaut, was sich sicherlich in nächster Zeit ändern wird. Für ein erstes Ankommen und Wohlfühlen stand alles bereit und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Behindertengerecht mit Fahrstuhl. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten unseren Urlaub voll und ganz genießen. Der Mückenschutz vor den großen Panoramafenstern sowie die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten wurden voll genutzt. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage und ein freundlicher und unkomplizierter Service sprechen dafür, gerne wieder zu kommen.
