My husband & I stayed for 4 nights for a fishing trip. It was very nice & clean. The property owner was very nice and answered quickly when we had questions. There was plenty of room for parking since we were pulling our pontoon. It is less than 10 miles to Wolf Creek Dam on Lake Cumberland & a short drive to Wolf River Marina on Dale Hollow Lake! Would definitely stay again!

The house was in a great location for what I required. For the most part, it was as described in the listing. In the copy and paste check in instructions, I was told to check the house rules on the listing. There weren't any rules listed. The house was nice and clean. There was a big spider web in the tub, but I would expect that in the area, especially if the house hadn't been rented in a while. I only had a couple of complaints, which after my stay I brought to the attention of the host, but did not receive a response. 1) the grass was tall so every morning when I went to my car, my pant legs got wet because of the dew. There is no walkway to the back porch where you have to enter and exit the house. 2) It's also not denoted on the website that the entrance to the house is actually in the back of the house, not the front. I didn't arrive to the house until after dark, and there were no lights on so i wasn't able to see that the front door didn't have a key pad. 3) The bed linens, pillows, and bath towels need to be replaced. Although they were clean, they were not up to the standards of other vacation rentals.
