From the moment you arrive, the home reads as a place with genuine character. Mid-century influences run throughout, grounded by warm tones, curated furnishings, and high ceilings that give the 1,546-square-foot layout a sense of openness beyond its footprint.
The living room is anchored by a fireplace and an oversized sectional, with enough space to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The dining area seats six and flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen, making the main floor well-suited for evenings in. Natural light moves through the space throughout the day.
Please note, the indoor fireplace is non-operational.
The two bedrooms are peaceful and well-appointed, with soft linens and restful decor that encourage genuine rest. Both bathrooms are clean and thoughtfully finished.
The backyard is where this home distinguishes itself. A covered pergola with hanging egg chairs and string lights creates an outdoor living room that works as well for a quiet evening as it does for a relaxed gathering. This home sits in a well-positioned Inglewood neighborhood that has become increasingly central to the Los Angeles sports and entertainment landscape. SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum, and the Intuit Dome are all within minutes, making it a natural base for concerts, games, and major events. LAX is a short drive west, removing the usual friction of getting in and out of the city.
For those oriented toward the coast, Venice, Marina del Rey, and Manhattan Beach are all accessible within twenty minutes under normal traffic conditions. The broader Westside, including Culver City`s dining and creative corridors, is equally close. The neighborhood itself is residential and quiet once you are off the main thoroughfares.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
That said, the home`s proximity to SoFi Stadium and surrounding venues means that rideshare is a practical option for event nights, and Uber and Lyft are consistently available throughout the area.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
