Beautiful spacious villa with pool and sea view.



You will stay in a fantastic location not far from the charming coastal town of Opatija on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. The villa is designed for 8 people, who will receive here an all-round package of spaciousness, quality furnishings, relaxation, nature and a small portion of luxury. The company can gather in various common areas such as the terrace or by the pool and enjoy life to the fullest.



You will want for nothing here, and you can sit back and look out over the rolling hills all the way down to the sea. Insgesamt ein toller Ort um Urlaub zu machen. Sehr geräumig, Sauberkeit war gut, Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse, immer wieder gerne! Leider hatten wir eine Woche kein Warmwasser, was den Urlaub aber nicht beeinflusst hat.

Tolles Haus, sehr viel Platz. 4 Schlafzimmer leider nur zwei Bäder. Es war auch kein Haarfön vorhanden. Es gab ein extra WC inkl Waschmaschine. Leider war kein Kaffeevollautomat-Siebträger vorhanden. Hier nur eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Küchenutensilien leider etwas wenig. Mehr erhofft. Wasserdruck in den Bädern ist leider keine 5 Sterne wert. Im 2 OG kaum bis gar kein warmes Wasser. Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Haus mit ein paar abstrichen.

Tolles Haus mit kleineren tolerablen Mängeln

Tolles Haus in toller Lage. Einige kleinere Mängel, die aber tolerabel waren. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war perfekt.
