On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautiful, timeless, fully equipped kitchen where you can relax with the whole family, after a business meeting, or with your partner.

The cosy living room offers views of the beautiful natural surroundings from every window in the summer, or a warm atmosphere by the wood-burning stove in the winter.

The attic features a bedroom with a single bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom/children’s room features a loft bed and a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed, and some toys for children between the ages of 2 and 8.

The small, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for relaxing on chilly winter days.

The outdoor seating area is equipped with a lounge bench for relaxing, as well as a large, extendable table with 4 chairs. Additional chairs are available upon request.
Guests are welcome to use the grill and the fire pit.

The garden is a paradise for children. It features a small sandpit, a swing, a slide, a trampoline, and, during the summer months, an inflatable pool measuring 4 x 2 m.

Parking is available on the street below the property.

The house is not intended for parties or events, but rather for a peaceful getaway in a quiet area. Please be mindful of this both during the day and at night. Absolute quiet must be observed starting at 10 p.m.
