The unit was nice and pool was great but the management company is lacking we called several times with no response or call back The floors were so dirty it made you feet black when barefoot and my daughter dropped something under the bed and the dirt and dust was inches thick it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile Also the elevators don’t work and haven’t worked for awhile we were told we should of been given notice of no elevators as moving luggage up multiple sets of exterior stairs in the rain didn’t start the trip off well Lastly there is many raccoons and stray cats under the unit which is a little frightening at night It’s a shame it’s a nice unit but it wasn’t kept clean and they’re was no communication
