Accommodation include a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (with two single beds), and a guest room (the "Spring Room") with a large, modern sleeper sofa that sleeps two people. The guest room, with its large panoramic window and double patio doors, is also ideal as a reading or playroom, with a wide selection of books available—ranging from crime novels, fiction, and fairy tale books for children to interesting cookbooks and reference works such as specialised literature, encyclopedias, and atlases.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge-freezer, an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, and much more. No need to count dishes or cutlery!
In addition to its cosy furnishings, the dining and living area features a satellite TV system with an HD flat-screen TV, a hi-fi receiver with a CD player, and a working open fireplace. Wi-Fi is available!
Large panoramic windows offer a magnificent view of the forested slopes of the Wied Valley across the way. The double-leaf glass door provides direct access to the large outdoor terrace with garden furniture, including cushions and upholstered seat pads. A large cantilever umbrella serves as sun protection.
A (tall) freestanding grill and a tabletop grill are also available upon request. The brightly tiled bathroom features a hand-wash basin, a bathtub with a shower, and ample storage space. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and can be used independently.



The holiday rental is located in the heart of the Wied Valley between Roßbach and Waldbreitbach, on an idyllic and quiet hillside at the edge of the forest in the small Waldbreitbach hamlet of Gasbitze, and right next to the Westerwald-Steig trail.
This comfortable holiday rental has an area of approximately 85 m² and is ideal for 2–4 people. It features two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds). The apartment can also comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to a large guest room with a modern sleeper sofa (for 2 people). In addition, this room—with its magnificent view of the Wied Valley—offers a quiet retreat or a place to browse through the abundant selection of books for all ages.
The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge-freezer, an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and range hood, as well as a dishwasher. Cooking utensils, as well as cutlery and dishes, are of course available in abundance.
The dining and living area features cosy furnishings, a large flat-screen satellite TV, a hi-fi stereo system, a DVD and CD player, and a working open fireplace. The bathroom and toilet are separate units. Large panoramic windows in the living area, as well as the spacious terrace with its Mediterranean design, offer magnificent views of the forested slopes of the Wied Valley across the way. 
The holiday rental is located in the upper part of the building, which is accessible via a wide, curved stone staircase. The owners live in the basement.
