The chic stone house 'Casa Istra' is quietly located on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar only 2 km from the sea. The center of Tar with shopping, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. On 150 m² of living space, the house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people.
The living and dining area on the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house has an open kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a cozy living area - among other things equipped with game console (PS5) and sound bar. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms on the second floor with double bed and 2 single beds, respectively, also have an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
Outside, the covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and the large pool invite you to relax. Your car is safely parked on the fenced property. For e-car drivers a wallbox is available (cost 25 ct/kWh), you can also use 2 e-scooters (5.00 € per day)!
