Discover the beauty of Farmingville from this adorable 1-bedroom farmhouse located on the second floor of a 2-family home, with its private entrance. Inside, guests find a cozy queen bed and a fantastic living room with a comfy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom features a refreshing shower to start your mornings right. Whether you’re unwinding in the bright, inviting space or enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this brilliant farmhouse offers a warm and welcoming stay. We think our place will help you experience everything Long Island has to offer.

The large backyard boasts a nice semi in-ground pool perfect for families with small kids. The pool is open for your use from June 1st to September 15th.

One (1) driveway parking is available for your use giving you easy access to the side gate that leads to the apartment. Apartment access is in the backyard.

Note: I live downstairs with my family so I'm available if you need anything but we always respect your privacy. Your apartment is fully private.

A lovely, quiet, well-kept space for an overnight stay. I appreciated the privacy and the backyard pool too! I would definitely stay here again if I return to the Long Island area.
