Cozy cottage from 1950 on natural plot, only 150 m from the beautiful beach Balka.

Great comfort spreads in the living room, which is in open connection with the kitchen. On cooler days you can fire up the stove. In addition to the four bedrooms, there are two separate areas with two single beds and a narrow double bed (140 cm) respectively.

On sunny days you can sit on one of the three beautiful terraces and enjoy the fresh sea air blowing in from the beach. Last but not least, look forward to the large, view-protected wooden terrace, where there is both comfortable lounge furniture and a barbecue.

You'll stay in the popular area near Balka and reach the child-friendly beach and a summer café in just a few minutes. You can have a delicious ice cream at the small harbor. You are also not far from the charming Nexø. It is highly recommended to take a trip to cozy Svaneke with its fine stores, restaurants and more.

A beautiful house within walking distance of the cozy Snogebæk with restaurants and smokehouse. Look forward to a beautiful vacation on the sunny island!
