Forget your worries in this serene space with a dedicated Host. This brand-new remodeled home, locally owned and operated, is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house comfortably sleeps up to six guests with plush, well-designed living spaces, and very comfortable beds. The chef`s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. There are gathering areas inside and outside for getting together with family or friends.

As you enter, you`ll find yourself stepping into a serene plush living area to the right and an open-concept family room flowing seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bath; there is a second bathroom centrally located in the hallway; the second bedroom is outfitted for two people with a daybed and trundle and has a dedicated work space/office with printer; and the third bedroom has two twin beds (QUEEN bed is available upon request for a long-term guest). The laundry area is conveniently situated off the kitchen in the garage.

Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house, garage, and yard. This includes three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a comfortably furnished outdoor living space. You`ll also have access to expected amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.

I welcome you for a short, mid, or long-term stay. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night`s stay.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO LARGE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a large party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing, in addition to any damages. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
