The gorgeous "Gran Villa espectacular" is located in a quiet area of Almunecar on the Costa Tropical and boasts a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
The spacious 180m2 villa consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the entire villa), a washing machine, a dryer, a DVD player as well as a TV.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open year-round and climatized with solar panels), an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs. Relax on one of the sun loungers by the pool with a good book and take a refreshing dip in the pool afterwards. Enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner while watching the sun go down into the ocean.

Pros: La casa está muy bien, con unas vistas impresionantes y una piscina y zona exterior estupenda. La distribución es estupenda, cómoda e inteligente. El tamaño ideal para 8 personas.. Aconsejable disponer de coche. Jhon es muy simpático y fiable y ayuda mucho durante tu estancia. La cocina está bastante equipada. Para nuestro gusto las toallas, sábanas y amenities podría ser de más calidad. Hay al lado de la casa una obra que comienza a trabajar a las 7 al de lunes a viernes por lo que es importante que te guste madrugar!. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y repartiríamos.

Pros: Super terrasse med liggestole til alle, stor pool og overdækket spiseplads. Bordfodbold er super - men bordtennis kunne have været bedre. Desværre opstod der en stor lækage på det varme vand, så der var koldt brusebad og uren pool i 2 dage. Agent hurtig til at skaffe håndværkere. (Kunne dog være lidt svær at komme få kontakt til agenten). Driftsforstyrrelserne kunne godt have givet anledning til lidt refusion.
