Vacation apartment *Bi a Hias

The "Bi a Hias" holiday rental (Frisian: "On the Heath") on the ground floor of the "Waltraud" house in Norddorf on Amrum is a 2-room holiday rental (approx. 55 square metres of floor space) that sleeps 1 to 2 people.

The apartment features 1 living room with Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a kitchen, 1 bedroom with an infrared sauna, and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet; there is also a south-facing terrace with patio furniture (April through October). A parking space is available.

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY—Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, on the balconies, or on the terraces.

Special Note from the Landlord: Charging e-bike batteries or other lithium-ion batteries in the holiday rentals is strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons. 1.0 The landlord is not obligated to provide charging stations for e-bikes. Guests may need to use their own solutions outside the holiday rental. 1.1 This prohibition is intended to protect: floor coverings, walls, furniture, and fire safety regulations
1.2 In the event of a violation, the guest is liable for all damages as well as for additional cleaning costs or necessary repairs

For true fresh-air enthusiasts only: This is a non-smoking house. To ensure that all guests can enjoy the fresh, healthy North Sea air, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests who smoke are welcome to gather on the forest path in front of the house.
